2. Services

MJ MENA LTD provides professional domestic and commercial cleaning services across Greater Manchester. All services are subject to availability and a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from MJ MENA LTD. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, and card. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Liability

MJ MENA LTD carries appropriate public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our staff, claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
